What It Is

A competitive game of skill

Chart Raiders is the world's first day-trading esports platform: a skill-based game where players compete using market data and a fictional bankroll for real prize pools.

Every match is peer-to-peer: players compete against other traders, not the market.

In One Paragraph

Players join solo, duo, or squad matches and try to grow a standardized fictional $100 bankroll by analyzing market data. No real money is ever traded, and no securities are ever bought, sold, or held. The top finishers in each match share a prize pool. It is free to play, paid matches are optional, and the platform never takes a position, sets odds, or acts as the house. Every match is peer-to-peer: players compete against other traders, not the market.

Before You Ask

"Isn't this gambling?" No.

Peer-to-peer, not house-banked
Players compete against each other, never the house. Chart Raiders takes no position, sets no odds, and is never the counterparty.
A game of skill
Designed and operated as a game of skill. Eligibility and age vary by jurisdiction; available only where permitted by law.
No real trading
No security is bought, sold, or held. Players analyze market data to grow a fictional bankroll. The skill is real; the stake is not.
Rank decides payouts, not luck
Payouts are determined by where a player ranks among peers, not by which way a market moved. Outcomes track skill, not chance.
Full disclosure up front
Entrants, prize pool, payouts, and the ticker are all disclosed to every player before a match begins.
Plain Version

How a match works

01
A player joins a solo, duo, or squad match at a chosen tier, free or paid entry.
02
Everyone starts with the same fictional $100 bankroll on a market ticker disclosed up front.
03
Players analyze price action and make calls to grow their fictional bankroll over the match window.
04
When the match ends, players are ranked by performance; the top finishers share the prize pool.
05
Every result feeds the player's REMMR skill rating, building a verifiable track record over time.
The Difference

What makes it different

vs. trading apps
No real money at risk per trade, no per-trade fees, and you compete against players rather than the market. Skill is quantified and ranked, not just self-reported.
vs. contest platforms
Adaptive matchmaking that reads market conditions (REMM), an objective skill rating (REMMR), and a purpose-built desktop engine (Rade Engine), with a free curriculum included.
vs. esports / fantasy
The fantasy-sports model applied to financial markets: market data, fictional stakes, ranked matches, prize pools, and team play.

The World

Welcome to Remoat

Chart Raiders is set in Remoat: a Robopunk city where the utopia is the cover story. Its gleaming towers, clean magnet energy, and engineered greenery hide stolen work, buried history, and total digital control. Every match unfolds inside this original fictional universe – a world with its own look and stakes.

“Same sign. Same city. Different rules.”

Story Mode

A narrative world that runs alongside the game

Beyond the matches, Story Mode is an illustrated, graphic-novel with chapters, characters and complementary music. New chapters are released over time and open to every player the moment they sign in.

The world is an extension of how we think. Chart Raiders is built by a small independent team, not a conglomerate, and the story carries that: a robopunk world where individuals push back against systems designed to flatten them. People making something for the free thinkers who would rather beat the machine than serve it.

It is entertainment: no lesson, claim, or outcome is attached to reading it.

The Founder

Sean Wilson

c0tt0nc4ndyta  ·  Founder, Chart Raiders

Among the first to frame market analysis as a competitive esport. A markets and trading content creator, he designed the platform himself: a ranked, skill-based contest played on a fictional bankroll rather than real money.

The Reason

The scoreboard trading never had

He first taught himself to read the markets as a student, looking for a way to put himself through an architecture degree. He got so good at analyzing the charts it became his full-time craft. The success was quiet, and quiet turned into emptiness.

He started teaching, and didn't stop for ten years, mentoring thousands of students and giving a full curriculum away for free. He wasn't doing it for the money. He was doing it for the people who showed up to learn.

The deeper he went, the more he saw an industry that sells the dream instead of teaching the skill. He didn't want to sell another dream. So he went back to what he'd trained for to begin with and architected the arena where skill is the whole point, and no one has to grind alone.

“Trading has millions of players and no scoreboard. We built the scoreboard.”

In Their Words
“This way of trading changes everything! Normally, trading is quite boring, but with Chartraiders it's the complete opposite; it becomes a lot of fun. Plus, you're not "fighting" against the market, but against other traders, which makes it very exciting and addictive! I LOVE IT!”
Americano, player
“Its actually just so impressive. Visually, depth of play, originality… and its so cool to have followed you since before this was even in motion. Seeing it manifest into what it is, is really inspiring.”
