Account Pause — Self-Exclusion Tools

Step away.
We hold your spot.

If you need to step back from Chart Raiders, we provide two levels of account lock. All locks are enforced immediately. To request early unlock, email accounthelp@chartraiders.com — but read the terms carefully before locking.

// SHORT BREAK · 0–365 DAYS
Pause Your Account
Need a break? You can halt all account operations for up to 365 days. While locked, you will be unable to enter matches, deposit funds, or access your account balance. This gives you the space you need to step back and reset.
⚠  IMPORTANT: We will only disable this lock at your request a maximum of 2 times total. On the third lock, we will not unlock your account early under any circumstances. Think carefully before locking.
Lock Duration
0 – 365 Days
// EXTENDED BREAK · 365–700 DAYS
Take a Longer Pause
For a more serious break, you can lock your account for up to 700 days. This extended lock is designed for players who need a longer period away. Full account operations will be suspended for the entire duration — no exceptions to the lockout will be made.
⚠  CRITICAL: We will only disable this lock at your request a maximum of 1 time total. After that, any extended lock you set is permanent for the duration. This is a serious commitment. Email accounthelp@chartraiders.com to request the single unlock.
Lock Duration
365 – 700 Days

Warning Signs — Know What to Watch For

Recognizing problematic play behaviour.

If you recognize any of these patterns in yourself, it may be time to use our limit tools, pause your account, or reach out to a support organization.

Chasing Losses
Continuing to enter matches specifically to recover money already lost. Each match entry should be an independent decision — not a response to a prior loss.
Playing Beyond Your Means
Spending more on match entries than you can comfortably afford to lose. Set a deposit limit to create a hard ceiling that protects you automatically.
Neglecting Responsibilities
Letting play time impact work, family, health, or financial obligations. Use our time limit tools to create boundaries before this becomes an issue.
Hiding Your Activity
Concealing how much time or money you spend on Chart Raiders from people close to you. Use our accountability check to get an honest picture of your history.
Obsessive Thinking
Constantly thinking about playing, planning your next entry, or feeling unable to stop. A temporary account pause may be the right move — and it is always available to you.
Borrowing to Play
Using credit, loans, or borrowed money to fund match entries. Chart Raiders should only ever be funded from discretionary income. If you are borrowing to play, please reach out for support.

// PLAYER FUNDS
Segregated Player Funds
Player funds are held in segregated accounts separate from operating capital. Your balance is yours — it does not fund company operations. In all regulated states, fund segregation is a compliance requirement we take seriously. Your money is never at operational risk.
