Chart Raiders users may use this form to exercise their privacy rights under applicable law or regulations:
  • California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah residents
  • Chart Raiders users in Canada
This form can be used to submit your requests, or you can email us at privacy@chartraiders.com. All users must fill in the Country of Residence field, especially US-located individuals. We need your name and email address associated with your Chart Raiders account (which we will use to communicate with you), and your country of residence along with your state of residence to help identify you in our records and process your request.

You will receive an automated email with a request to verify your email address. Follow the instructions you will receive so we can start processing of your request. California, Colorado, and Connecticut residents may use authorized agents to make their requests. We will not use an agent's websites to process requests.
